1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Titan Global Technologies Limited (“Titan”, “we”, “us” or “our”) when you access or use titangt.net, any page operating under that domain, or public website features that link to these Terms (together, the “Website”).

By using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

2. About Titan

Titan Global Technologies Limited is incorporated in Hong Kong. Our registered address is Unit 1603, 16/F, The L. Plaza, 367–375 Queen’s Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.

Titan provides financial-technology infrastructure, orchestration, interfaces and support. Unless expressly stated in a product-specific agreement issued by an appropriately authorised entity, Titan is not acting as a bank, electronic-money institution, payment institution, acquirer, card issuer, remittance provider, investment adviser, broker, exchange or custodian.

Payment execution, account provision, safeguarding, acquiring, card issuance, foreign exchange, remittances, identity verification and Digital Assets services may be delivered by separate regulated or specialist partners. A partner may independently approve, reject, restrict, suspend or terminate access under its own legal obligations, risk appetite and terms.

3. Website-only terms and separate service agreements

The Website describes Titan, its technology and services that may be available through Titan or its partner ecosystem. Website content is general information only. It is not a customer agreement, service commitment, account approval or guarantee that any service will be available to you.

Before you use a product or regulated service, you may need to accept separate terms from Titan, a Titan affiliate and/or the relevant partner. If those terms conflict with these Terms concerning that service, the product-specific or partner terms will prevail to the extent of the conflict.

4. Eligibility and authority

You may use the Website only if you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to agree to these Terms and are not prohibited from doing so by applicable law. If you use the Website for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind or act for that organisation.

The Website is intended primarily for businesses and professional users. It is not directed to children.

6. Availability by jurisdiction

Products, providers, currencies, networks and features described on the Website may not be offered in every country or to every person. Availability depends on applicable law, licensing perimeter, sanctions and financial-crime controls, partner coverage, customer type, onboarding approval and technical capability.

Titan may use multiple regulated partners to support different regions. This does not mean that Titan or any one partner is licensed everywhere. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website is lawful in your location. We may restrict access from any jurisdiction or person where reasonably required.

7. Partner services, security claims and credentials

Where the Website refers to regulated infrastructure, institutional-grade security, real-time liquidity, safeguarding, custody, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 2, KYC/AML controls, encryption or similar capabilities, the Website will identify or contextualise whether the statement applies to Titan, a particular technology provider or a regulated partner.

A certification, licence, audit report or security status held by a partner does not mean that Titan holds the same credential. Partner credentials remain subject to their scope, validity period and issuing body. Security controls reduce risk but cannot eliminate it, and no website, network or transaction method is completely secure.

8. Information and changes

We aim to keep Website information accurate and current, but content may be incomplete, out of date or affected by changes in law, regulation, partner arrangements, network conditions or product design. Images, demonstrations, workflows, rates, timelines and examples are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise in a binding agreement.

We may correct, update, withdraw or change Website content at any time without notice. No Website statement creates a continuing obligation unless it is incorporated into a signed agreement by an authorised Titan representative.

Titan grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Website for lawful business-information and evaluation purposes in accordance with these Terms.

11. Enquiries, applications and onboarding

Submitting an enquiry, demonstration request, application or onboarding form does not require Titan or a partner to provide a service. You must provide information that is accurate, complete and authorised, and promptly update it if it changes.

Titan and relevant providers may request KYC, KYB, ownership, source-of-funds, sanctions-screening or other compliance information. A specialist provider may perform document, liveness, biometric, fraud or risk checks. The applicable privacy notice and onboarding disclosures will explain the relevant processing arrangement.

12. Accounts and credentials

If the Website permits account or portal access, you must keep credentials confidential, use appropriate security controls and notify Titan promptly at legal@titangt.net if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law, except where caused by Titan's breach of duty.

We may require multi-factor authentication, reset credentials, restrict sessions or suspend access to protect users, Titan, partners or systems.

13. Third-party websites and integrations

The Website may link to or integrate with third-party sites, applications, networks or services. Links are provided for convenience and do not by themselves constitute endorsement. Independent third parties control their content, availability, security, pricing and legal terms. Titan is not responsible for an independent third party except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Website and its content—including software, text, graphics, layouts, databases, product names, logos and trade marks—are owned by or licensed to Titan and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right in section 9, no right or licence is granted.

You may download or print a reasonable number of Website pages for internal, non-commercial evaluation if you keep all proprietary notices intact. You must obtain written permission for any other reproduction, adaptation, distribution, public display or commercial use.

Third-party names, logos and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify relevant providers or integrations unless expressly stated otherwise.

15. Feedback and submissions

If you voluntarily provide non-confidential ideas, suggestions or feedback about the Website or Titan's technology, you grant Titan a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and develop that feedback without restriction or payment. This does not transfer ownership of your confidential information or personal data, which remains subject to applicable agreements and our Privacy Policy.

Do not submit confidential, proprietary or sensitive information through a general Website form unless Titan specifically requests it through an authorised secure channel.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Titan handles personal data. Our Cookie Policy explains the Website technologies we use and the choices available to you. Independent providers may issue separate privacy and cookie notices for their services.

17. Website availability and suspension

We may maintain, modify, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Website. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, error-free or virus-free access. Access may be affected by maintenance, cyber incidents, telecommunications failures, force majeure, third-party systems or events outside reasonable control.

We may block or suspend your access where we reasonably believe it is necessary for security, legal compliance, investigation, protection of rights or enforcement of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Titan disclaims implied warranties, representations and conditions concerning merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness and availability, except where they cannot lawfully be excluded.

You remain responsible for decisions made in reliance on Website content and for maintaining suitable devices, connectivity, cybersecurity controls and backups. These disclaimers apply only to Website use; warranties or commitments expressly given in a separate signed service agreement are governed by that agreement.

19. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; death or personal injury caused by negligence; wilful misconduct; or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to the preceding paragraph and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Titan will not be liable in connection with the Website for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, misrepresentation, statute or otherwise.

Subject to the preceding paragraphs, Titan's aggregate liability arising from or relating to your use of the Website will not exceed the greater of (a) HKD 1,000 and (b) the amount you paid Titan specifically for access to the Website in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This cap does not govern liability under a separate product or service agreement.

20. Business-user indemnity

If you use the Website for a business or organisation, you will indemnify Titan and its officers, employees and contractors against third-party claims and reasonable losses arising directly from your unlawful use of the Website, your material breach of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a loss was caused by Titan's negligence, wilful misconduct or breach of law.

21. Electronic communications

You agree that notices and communications concerning the Website may be provided electronically, including by email, through the Website or through an account interface. Electronic acceptance and records may be used to form and evidence agreements to the extent permitted by applicable law. Product-specific notices will follow the delivery rules in the relevant agreement.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, regulation, Website functionality, security practices or our business. The revised Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively from publication unless a later date is stated. If you continue to use the Website after the effective date, you accept the revised Terms.

23. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with them are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website, except that Titan may seek urgent protective or injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction.

If mandatory consumer law in your place of residence gives you rights or access to courts that cannot be waived, this section does not remove those rights.

24. General terms

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or removed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without Titan's written consent; Titan may assign these Terms as part of a reorganisation, financing, merger, acquisition or transfer of the Website or relevant business, subject to applicable law.

These Terms, together with the policies expressly incorporated into them, are the entire agreement concerning use of the Website. They do not replace any confidentiality agreement, customer agreement, partner agreement or product-specific terms. No person other than you and Titan has a right to enforce these Terms, subject to applicable law.
