1. Purpose and scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets the rules for using websites, applications, portals, APIs, accounts, payment features, Digital Assets capabilities, software and related services made available by Titan Global Technologies Limited ("Titan", "we", "us" or "our").
It applies to visitors, applicants, customers, merchants, authorised users, developers and any person accessing a Titan service. It should be read with our Website Terms of Use, Regulatory & Partner Disclosure, Digital Assets Risk Disclosure, Privacy Policy, product terms and the terms of any applicable service provider.
2. Your general obligations
You may use Titan services only for legitimate purposes that are lawful in every relevant jurisdiction and consistent with your approved account profile. You must:
  • provide accurate, complete and current information and promptly correct material changes;
  • obtain and maintain all licences, registrations, approvals and consents required for your activity;
  • follow applicable law, card-network rules, banking requirements and provider terms;
  • use the service only for the business, products, countries and transaction types disclosed and approved during onboarding;
  • maintain appropriate security, fraud-prevention and internal controls; and
  • cooperate with reasonable compliance, security, audit and investigation requests.
Approval of an account does not approve every activity. New products, jurisdictions, websites, trading names, transaction flows, counterparties or material changes to your business may require prior review.
3. Unlawful, fraudulent and abusive activity
You must not use, attempt to use or permit another person to use a Titan service to:
  • violate any law, regulation, court order, regulatory direction, sanctions measure or third-party right;
  • commit, facilitate or conceal fraud, theft, deception, misrepresentation, bribery, corruption, extortion, blackmail or breach of trust;
  • launder proceeds of crime, finance terrorism or proliferation, evade tax unlawfully or disguise the source, ownership, destination or purpose of funds or Digital Assets;
  • process unauthorised, fictitious, self-funded, circular, collusive or otherwise deceptive transactions;
  • impersonate another person, use a synthetic or stolen identity, submit forged documents or misrepresent beneficial ownership; or
  • assist another person to conduct activity prohibited by this Policy.
4. Sanctions and restricted parties
You must not use Titan services, directly or indirectly, for dealings prohibited by applicable sanctions, export controls or trade restrictions. This includes transactions involving sanctioned persons, entities, vessels, addresses, property, countries, territories or prohibited sectors where the relevant restriction applies.
You must not evade or attempt to evade screening by using intermediaries, nominees, shell entities, false locations, altered information, multiple wallets or accounts, transaction splitting, routing techniques or other concealment methods. Titan or a provider may block, reject, hold, report or investigate activity where required or reasonably considered necessary.
5. Prohibited businesses and transactions
Unless Titan and every relevant service provider expressly approve the activity in writing and it is lawful, you must not use Titan services in connection with:
  • illegal goods or services, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia or unlawful pharmaceuticals;
  • weapons, ammunition, explosives or regulated military goods sold without required authority;
  • human trafficking, forced labour, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material or services involving coercion or non-consent;
  • terrorist organisations, extremist financing or activity intended to promote or facilitate violence;
  • stolen goods, counterfeit products, piracy, unlawful intellectual-property use or illicit marketplaces;
  • fraudulent investments, Ponzi or pyramid schemes, advance-fee schemes, deceptive fundraising, fake charities or guaranteed-return schemes;
  • ransomware, malware, cybercrime, stolen credentials, hacking services or payment demanded through unlawful coercion;
  • unlicensed gambling, betting, lotteries, prize competitions, gaming activity or other regulated entertainment requiring approval;
  • unlicensed financial services, money transmission, foreign exchange, lending, securities, brokerage, investment management, crowdfunding or Digital Assets services;
  • debt-relief, credit-repair, telemarketing or high-pressure sales practices that are unlawful, deceptive or prohibited by a provider;
  • anonymous or nominee structures intended to conceal ownership or control; or
  • any business, product, country or transaction type identified as prohibited by an applicable bank, card network, custodian, liquidity provider or other service partner.
This list is non-exhaustive. Some activities may be restricted rather than prohibited and may require enhanced due diligence, additional terms, limits or prior written approval.
6. Payments, cards and merchant activity
You must not misuse payment, acquiring, gateway, SoftPOS, account, remittance or card features. Prohibited conduct includes:
  • submitting a transaction without the payer's valid authorisation or required consent;
  • factoring, laundering or processing transactions for an undisclosed third party;
  • splitting, rerouting or misdescribing transactions to avoid limits, monitoring, fees, card rules or approval requirements;
  • creating artificial sales, cash-like transactions or circular payments without a genuine underlying purpose;
  • using misleading descriptors, hidden websites, undisclosed fulfilment models or materially different goods or services;
  • manipulating refunds, chargebacks, disputes, recurring payments, credentials-on-file or merchant-category information; or
  • using a personal account for commercial activity, or a business account for an undisclosed business or customer segment.
You are responsible for clear customer terms, lawful marketing, accurate pricing, delivery, refunds, complaints, records and evidence of authorisation. Excessive fraud, disputes, refunds or chargebacks may result in limits, reserves, delayed settlement or suspension by the relevant provider.
7. Digital Assets use
Digital Assets services may be provided through approved third parties and are available only for supported assets, networks, jurisdictions and purposes. You must not:
  • send or receive assets derived from theft, fraud, darknet markets, ransomware, scams, sanctions breaches or other unlawful activity;
  • use mixing, tumbling, chain-hopping, peel chains or similar techniques for the purpose of concealing source, ownership, destination or sanctions exposure;
  • use an unsupported asset, token, smart contract, bridge, wallet type or blockchain network;
  • misstate wallet ownership, transaction purpose, originator, beneficiary or source of funds;
  • conduct market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, layering or deceptive token promotion; or
  • use the service to offer custody, exchange, brokerage, investment or payment services to third parties without required approval and authorisation.
You must use the correct supported network and destination address. For USDT, ERC20 and TRC20 are separate networks. Further risks and responsibilities are described in Titan's Digital Assets Risk Disclosure.
8. Security and platform integrity
You must not interfere with the security, availability or integrity of Titan, a provider or another user's systems. You must not:
  • gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to an account, system, API, wallet, key, credential or data;
  • introduce malware, ransomware, viruses, malicious code or harmful content;
  • conduct denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated requests, abusive scraping, scanning, probing or penetration testing without written permission;
  • bypass rate limits, authentication, access controls, geographic restrictions, monitoring or technical protections;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, copy or exploit Titan software except where the law expressly permits and that right cannot be excluded;
  • share credentials, private keys, seed phrases or authentication codes, or allow unauthorised persons to use an account; or
  • use bots, scripts or integrations that are not approved or that create unreasonable load, instability or risk.
You must notify Titan promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, compromised credentials, fraud, a security vulnerability or any activity that may breach this Policy.
9. Data, privacy and communications
You must have a lawful basis and all required notices and consents for personal data submitted through Titan services. You must not collect, upload, disclose, sell or otherwise process personal, confidential or protected information unlawfully.
You must not use Titan services to send spam, unlawful marketing, threatening or harassing communications, deceptive messages, phishing content or material that infringes privacy, confidentiality, copyright, trademark or other rights.
10. Account access and authorised users
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for ensuring that authorised users comply with this Policy. Assign only the access needed for each role, maintain approval controls, review permissions regularly and remove access promptly when a user's role or relationship changes.
You must not sell, transfer, rent, sublicense or otherwise provide your account or access credentials to another person, or open or operate an account on behalf of an undisclosed person.
11. Monitoring and information requests
Titan and its providers may use automated and manual controls to screen customers, wallets, devices and transactions for compliance, security, fraud and risk purposes. We may request documents or explanations concerning identity, beneficial ownership, business activity, source of funds, source of wealth, counterparties, wallets or transaction purpose.
You must respond accurately and within the stated time. Failure to provide satisfactory information may result in delay, rejection, restriction or termination. Monitoring does not make Titan responsible for detecting every prohibited activity and does not reduce your obligations.
12. Enforcement
Where we or a provider reasonably suspect a breach, risk or legal requirement, action may be taken with or without advance notice where permitted. This may include:
  • requesting information or enhanced verification;
  • declining, delaying, blocking, reversing where possible or placing limits on a transaction;
  • restricting features, freezing or suspending access, or terminating an account or agreement;
  • holding settlement or applying reserves where permitted by the applicable terms;
  • preserving records and cooperating with providers, regulators, law-enforcement agencies, courts or other competent authorities; and
  • recovering losses, costs or amounts owed and exercising other contractual or legal rights.
Titan is not required to disclose confidential monitoring methods, legal reports or information where disclosure is prohibited or could compromise security or an investigation.
13. Reporting concerns
Report suspected fraud, prohibited activity, compromised access or security concerns promptly to support@titangt.net. Include only information reasonably necessary for investigation and do not send passwords, private keys or seed phrases.
14. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, products, partners, networks or risk. The revised Policy will be published with an updated effective date. Product or provider terms may impose additional restrictions and will apply to the relevant service.
